iFDA favourite Joe Bunney scored with his first touch on his debut for Rochdale FC at the weekend against Plymouth Argyle in English League 2. As reported in previous weeks Joe had earned his chance to play professional football at senior level by several outstanding performances at non-league level, before representing England at schoolboy level. Joe attended The iFDA residential course in 2010.
His header was the winning goal, giving Rochdale FC a 1-0 win, securing a 12th place finish in League 2. He was rewarded with a 2 year full time professional football contract, something he has worked towards since he was 5 years old.
